Chief Executive Officer:
With over 20 years of business leadership experience, Melvic is passionate about bringing material trades to the digital revolution. Capable in business strategy, manufacturing, system integration, capital management and intellectual property development. Melvic has worked in the apparel industry for over 10-years and is most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at Rainey Apparel Manufacturing in Atlanta, GA. He has served as a consultant and product developer with major brands as Foot Locker, Puma, Reebok, Li-Ning, Rockawear, Amnesty International, Nickelodeon, MTV, Alexander John and many others.
Cavanaugh will provide strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies for company growth. With over 30-years of experience, Cavanaugh established himself as a senior program/project manager for the Department of Energy and performed as a station nuclear engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority developing 16 years of federal government professional expertise in his field. He has supported the development of new technologies for packaging sensitive materials; as well as new technology for tracking shipments more efficiently.
Chief Operating Officer:
Edward will bring key operational efficiency and personnel management skills to the table. Helping DWS to increase quality and throughput. Educated from University of Pennsylvania at Cheney Edward has extensive professional management experience in the area of manufacturing distribution and operations within the Specialty Steel and Exotic Metals Industries for over 18 years with a focus on metallurgical properties and applications, whereas to assure compliance of all specifications. Edward is a veteran who has served in the Army as Medic in Vietnam.
Dr. Knight brings over 25-years’ experience in senior-level management of advanced information technology functions, including leadership, management of IT, and engineering Information Technology and with proven abilities in organizing management workflow and utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving. Dr. Knight has worked closely and effectively with all levels of the organization to develop, design and implement project goals. Ability to serve as team member or working independently with a determination to conquer technical challenges. Career supported by a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate Degree and a pursuit of a PhD in Computer Science and Information Systems. Military Service: U.S. Marine Corps, Chief Warrant Officer 1984 – 2005
Executive Vice President:
Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps and holds several technology utility patients. His years of technology and weapons experience has created an innovative and forward thinking opportunity to change the small arms weapons market.
Director of Military Operations.
Francis “Frank” Plumb is the founder of Plumb Precision. Plumb Precision is a small arms technology company whose Intellectual Property will be critical to the success of this proposal. Mr. Plumb is a retired Special Forces Warrant Officer with 24 years of military service. He has consulted the Senate Armed Services Committee and SECDEF’s Close Combat Lethality Task Force on small arms solutions. Mr. Plumb is the former CEO of Handl Defense, a small arms technology company focused on USSOCOM’s Mk.17 CAR-H program. Mr. Plumb is also a writer for Recoil magazine.
